2019 Donations

The North Texas Food Bank works to provide meals to those facing hunger in North Texas. Every $1 helps provide three nutritious meals for hungry children, families and seniors in our community. $401 x 3 = 1203 meals provided with our donation!

The Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter assists any person who meets the criteria for emergency intervention and assistance due to domestic violence or sexual assault through a 24-hour crisis hotline, 24/7 safe emergency shelter, advocacy and support services and education to the community.

Using the revenue from our 2019 camp, we donated $3000 USD to a variety of non-profit grassroots organizations and charities.

The Let Us Breathe Fund provides rapid response addressing police brutality and supports the long-term movement for fair and just policing, as well as resilient and economically sustainable Black communities.

House of Renewed Hope is a non-profit dedicated to working to exonerate wrongfully convicted prisoners and advocate for both legislative changes regarding the criminal justice system and awareness that there are many people behind bars for crimes they did not commit.

The Baltimore Urban Debate League, is an American, non profit, urban debate league that aims to educate and mentor inner city middle school and high school students in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Texas is the leading civil rights organization in the Lone Star State. They have worked in the courts, the legislature, and through public education to protect civil rights and individual liberty, including values such as racial equality, LGBTQ equality, and reproductive freedom.

Save the Children has worked in Asia for more than 30 years. From responding to massive earthquakes, tsunamis and cyclones – to providing lifesaving health care and nutrition to children in impoverished nations – we work in the poorest and most vulnerable communities throughout the continent.

The Sierra Club is the most enduring and influential grassroots environmental organization in the United States. With 3.8 million members, they engage in environmental advocacy and lobbying to promote the right to a healthy planet.

The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25.

Through litigation, advocacy, and public education, NAACP's LDF seeks structural changes to expand democracy, eliminate disparities, and achieve racial justice in a society that fulfills the promise of equality for all Americans. LDF also defends the gains and protections won over the past 75 years of civil rights struggle and works to improve the quality and diversity of judicial and executive appointments.

The Equal Justice Initiative is a non-profit organization that provides legal representation to prisoners who may have been wrongly convicted of crimes, poor prisoners without effective representation, and others who may have been denied a fair trial. EJI works to end mass incarceration, excessive punishment, and racial inequality.

Black Lives Matter is an international activist movement, originating in the African-American community, that campaigns against violence and systemic racism towards black people. The official #BlackLivesMatter Global Network builds power to bring justice, healing, and freedom to Black people across the globe.
